The process is initiated with the hydraulic pulper, which operates for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. During this time, the waste paper undergoes a transformation, as it is broken down and converted into a slurry-like substance known as pulp. This pulp then flows into the pulp tank, relying on the force of gravity to move it along the production line. Once in the pulp tank, the pulp is further processed with the aid of a pulp pump. This pump plays a vital role in transferring the pulp into the homogenization tank, where the concentration of the pulp is carefully adjusted to ensure consistency. In the homogenization tank, the pulp is subjected to thorough mixing, which allows for an even distribution of fibers and ensures that the mixture is uniform throughout. After this critical step, the pulp is directed into the pulp supply tank, where it is stored temporarily before moving on to the next phase of production, which is the forming process. This series of steps highlights the meticulous nature of the production line, emphasizing the importance of each stage in achieving high-quality pulp ready for paper manufacturing.
