The automatic bag turner, also known as the automatic bale turner, is essential equipment before the shaping machine. It is used in the automatic packaging and palletizing production line to automatically lay down the sealed packaging bags, which are then processed by the shaping machine before entering the subsequent detection and palletizing unit equipment.
The standard automatic bale turner consists of the following parts: bag pushing rod, bag-flattening plate, and automatic rotating drum, combined with conveyor belt and guide baffle to form a complete automatic bag turner.
The usual working process of the automatic bale turner is: the upright packaging bag is pushed down by the bag pushing rod, and under the combined action of the bag-flattening plate and the conveyor belt, it is laid flat and turned for conveying. The automatic rotating drum is used to assist the bag turning process after the bag is flattened.
The standard automatic bag turner has a belt width of 650mm and a length of 2000mm, with a motor power of 0.55kw. The bale turner can also be combined with the shaping machine to form a bag turning and shaping machine.
This structure of automatic bag turner is suitable for linear layout automatic packaging machine production lines. For vertical or right-angle production lines, a vertical bag pushing or grabbing type automatic bag turner can be selected.

Packaging system
The dried egg trays are sent through an automatic collection machine, counted, then compressed by a packaging machine, and finally packaged onto trays. This results in space savings and improved transportation convenience.
Metal drying system
The drying cabinet is linked to the molding machine. The wet trays are transferred to the drying cabinet for drying. The insulation layer is made of high-density mineral insulation cotton. The drying room has six layers, and the drying time is approximately 17-18 minutes. The uniquely designed circulating fan and automatic dehumidification system drive the hot air to circulate, removing moisture and drying the trays. This not only improves the drying efficiency but also reduces labor costs.
Brick kiln drying
The brick drying kiln has only one layer and is 60-80 meters long. The length may vary depending on the production volume. The formed egg trays are conveyed into the kiln through a mesh belt. The temperature should be controlled between 180-220 degrees. After about 20 minutes, the egg trays come out dry.
